Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Sometimes it’s because the product is not available, freight shipping issues or other reasons that my come up with the order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and the order information is verified for accuracy. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. SPECIFICATIONS & CHANGES
As many of our products have constantly improving designs, materials and manufacturing methods in order to provide the finest quality product, we, Inflatablesintl.com reserve the right to make changes in materials, specifications, prices, styles and colors without notice, and without incurring any liability or obligation with reference to similar products previously sold. Any measurements or specifications noted are approximate. If an error in our description is seen on the website Inflatables International would appreciate receiving an email to Sales@inflatablesintl.com noting the error so we can correct it to better assist other customer’s purchases.
Orders, once shipped, may not be cancelled without our permission. YOU cannot cancel an order after we have shipped it because it has left our possession and ownership passes to YOU once it has been shipped (FOB). Telling us you will refuse it does not relieve you of your legal responsibility as an owner of the product. All of our merchandise is shipped FOB…That means our ownership ends the minute it is picked up by the freight carrier. Any orders that we allow to be cancelled after shipment has occurred will be subject to a 25% restocking charge and any and all freight charges and expenses incurred by Inflatables International Inc will be the sole responsibility of you, the purchaser.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns unless we made the error in shipping you an item different than what you ordered. On RARE occasions we may, at our discretion, allow you to return or exchange merchandise. If we do allow a return or exchange it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If we sold or shipped you the wrong item, we will pay for the freight back to us and send you the correct item freight prepaid.
Sales Tax is required in the state of Florida on all purchases made on Inflatables International Inc Website.
Orders are sent freight prepaid unless other arrangements are made. Inflatables International will use our best judgment and ship the best way via our shipping resources. We do not overnight ship any products from our website ground shipping only. CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES
Claims for shortages must be made within five days of receipt of goods. Our responsibility on all shipments ceases after acceptance of the goods by the transportation company. No allowance is made for freight overcharges.
All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curbside shipments to business, residence or commercial addresses (some items may not be delivered to residences). Home and in home delivery is neither implied nor offered without additional charge and is not necessarily available even if the customer is willing to pay more for it. We do not charge shipping on items with a free shipping icon next to them on our website unless the purchaser has asked for a special shipping request or the delivery area is other than one of the lower 48 states. IE, if you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico there will be an additional Freight charge over what you paid at check out and we will contact you for the additional charges before we ship your products. Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we cannot change shipping addresses, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day and we can only approximate delivery times. Basically we have no control over your package and only know what they tell us from that point on. We will be happy to furnish you with the tracking number.
While the majority of our merchandise is sold on the basis of no return, no exchange and no refund, we will accept returns on some products in NEW condition within 5 days of the delivery date, minus original shipping and handling fees, return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee. You must receive a Prior Return Authorization number from one of our customer service representatives before attempting to return any goods. All goods are FOB from our warehouse(s) therefore refusal of any goods, once shipped, does not relieve the purchaser from their obligation to except the goods. IE: Once shipped, the goods are the property of the buyer.
All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. There are many other items that are not allowed to be returned as well. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Please pack the products into their original box with plenty of packing material and place the original box in a shipping box and tape securely, and mark with the return address and Return Goods Authorization number provided to you from our customer service representative at 561-881-1901. If you ship something back without a valid RGA number on it will be refused. Make sure to ship your product back insured and with tracking. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.NO goods will be accepted for exchange or return without pre-authorization.
DAMAGED & SHORT SHIPMENTS
Carefully inspect all shipments before accepting them from the Carrier. The risk of loss for the goods passes to the Buyer at the time the goods are delivered to or picked up by the Carrier. Merchandise has been carefully packed and/or thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse(s). The Carrier assumes full responsibility for the safe, undamaged, delivery of the goods upon their acceptance of the shipment.
Advise the carrier’s representative that there is physical damage (or a shortage) and note the damage (or shortage) on the bill of lading (all damage/shortage must be stated on the bill of lading; no damage/shortage claims are accepted AFTER the delivery has been made). Do NOT sign the bill of lading stating that the merchandise was received in “Good Condition” Please retain all shipping materials. Please notify our Customer Service Department as soon as possible at 561-881-1901. A representative of the delivering Interstate Common Carrier will contact you to make arrangements for viewing, assessing the damages and settling the claim.
In the event of hidden damage you must notify the carrier within 3 days of receipt in order to file a claim. Failure to inspect and notify within 3 days relieves the carrier of responsibility for the damage thereby making the buyer solely responsible for the cost of repair and or replacement of goods.
All products sold by Inflatablesintl.com carry a full manufacturer’s warranty, Inflatables International Inc, Inc. does not warrant any products sold on this site. We are only a representative for the manufacturers and/or distributors and cannot be held responsible for any loss of time or expense associated with a defective or non-working product. Product warranties are offered, backed and administered by the manufacturers of the products. Product warranties obligations are limited to those set forth in the printed literature included with the products or are available on the product manufacturer’s websites.
